All products are scrutinized for quality and size by our experts before dispatch. In the rare case that the ordered products are not up to mark and don't fit you right, there is absolutely no need to worry. Based on availability and preference, we'll send a replacement product upon receipt of returned products.To be eligible for exchange, the products should not be used, washed or dirty. The product must also be in its original undamaged Private Lives packing with all tags attached. Replacement products will be typically shipped within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned products.

Step 2: Put the items in the lazyboo ziplock along with the original invoice.
Step 3: Seal the packet ensuring that the zip lock is properly closed and courier it to us at the below mentioned address.
Step 4: Kindly email us the AWB or Reference number at support@thelazyboo.com.
